RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We are committed to providing you with a satisfying shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our return and refund policy below.

1. 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN (IMPORTANT) Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to any address without contacting us first. To start a return, you must contact us at contact@truffylife.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the exact local return shipping address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

3. RETURN COSTS AND RESTOCKING FEES

Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

4. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at contact@truffylife.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will cover the return shipping costs in this situation and make it right.

5. REFUNDS We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the returned item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

6. EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods.
