TERMS OF SALE

These Terms of Sale govern all transactions made on the Truffy Life online store, accessible at truffylife.com. They apply to any purchase made by a Customer residing in the United States, the European Union, or the United Kingdom. Any order placed on our site implies full and complete acceptance of these conditions.

2. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY The products offered are those appearing on the site at the time of the order, subject to availability. Truffy Life reserves the right to modify its catalog at any time. In the event of a product being unavailable after the order is validated, the Customer will be informed by email as soon as possible and may choose between a replacement product or a full refund.

3. PRICES Prices are displayed in US dollars ($), euros (€), or pounds sterling (£) depending on the applicable currency, delivery costs not included. Truffy Life is not subject to VAT — therefore, no value-added tax is charged. Delivery costs are indicated and summarized before the final confirmation of the order. For customers residing in the United States, the United Kingdom, or outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may apply upon receipt. These costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer. Truffy Life reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are billed at the rate in effect at the time the order is validated.

4. ORDER PLACEMENT AND CONFIRMATION The order is considered final after the following steps:

  • Selecting products and adding them to the cart

  • Validating the cart and entering delivery information

  • Choosing the payment method and validating the payment

  • Receiving a confirmation email

The confirmation email summarizes the ordered products, the total price, delivery costs, and delivery address. This email constitutes the acknowledgment of receipt of the order. Truffy Life reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a stock shortage, payment anomaly, or suspected fraud. The Customer will be informed by email.

5. PAYMENT Payment is made in full at the time of the order, using the following methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and any other method offered at the time of payment. Transactions are secured via SSL protocol. Truffy Life does not store any banking data.

6. DELIVERY Truffy Life delivers to the United States, the European Union, and the United Kingdom. Standard delivery to the United States typically takes between 7 and 15 business days. Estimated delivery times are provided during the order process and may vary depending on the carrier and destination. In the event that the delivery time exceeds 30 days from the order date, the Customer may request the cancellation of their order and obtain a full refund. In the event of a damaged package or incomplete delivery, the Customer must contact Truffy Life within 48 hours of receipt at contact@truffylife.com, attaching photos and the order number. The transfer of risks occurs at the time of physical delivery to the Customer.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK), the Customer benefits from a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product, without justification or penalty. To exercise this right, the Customer must notify us of their decision by email to contact@truffylife.com before the expiration of the period. 8. GUARANTEES All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity:

  • 2 years from delivery for customers in the European Union (Art. L.217-4 of the Consumer Code)

  • 6 years for customers in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

In the event of a recognized defect, contact us at contact@truffylife.com with photos and a description of the problem. We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the case.

9. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DISPUTES For any questions or complaints, please contact us at contact@truffylife.com. We are committed to responding as quickly as possible. In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably, you may use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform free of charge: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr These conditions are governed by French law. The competent courts will be those of Truffy Life's registered office, unless otherwise provided by applicable consumer law.
